Sketching in the Park

Just a quick sketch. I was sitting with a friend at Art in the Park. This lady was holding the pose for quite a while but someone eventually pulled up a chair and sat it between her and me.

    Really like the pose with the arm draped across the ankle. Also like the slight angle across your square sheet - keeps it from being static.

      I painted this in one of those sketchbooks Jessica made. The paper handled the watercolors well.
