repeating subject matter

When putting a show together I noticed that there are subject matters that I repeat, snow on wood was one of them. Part of the reason is I can make use of a limited palette on a cold day. This one was painted plein air in January 2020 at Indian Lake.

This was painted plein air in Rodeo Park on a day with temperatures in the single digits in January 2019. I would often see walkers in Rodeo Park but not that day.
