My husband is a RN at the local nursing home. He talked me into volunteering to do a painting demo to entertain the residents. I said I would do it but he had to pose for me for practice. This was an acrylic because the dust from pastels and the fumes from oil may cause problems with some of the residents. Acrylic was a bit more challenging and I had to spray water on the paints every once in a while. This does look sort of cartoony. I blamed that on my husband not sitting still. I will post the artwork from the demo and hopefully they will enjoy the performance.
