horses

Painting horses in watercolor. I am trying out several types of paper, this is on soft press.

Painted on Arches which I found easier to work on.

Another one on the soft press.


One on hot pressed paper.

    Really like that first one. You're getting way better results than I did with that soft press.

      Thanks, Sandy Meyer uses soft pressed because she can get more color on the paper. I had better results with color saturation on the Arches cold pressed. I do have 10 sheets of soft pressed to practice on.
