Yesterday I participated in the North Missouri Arts Council's plein air event in Marcelline, MO. The method of growing espalier makes a wonderful subject for a long format. I did not win anything but had a great time and met a lot of very talented artist. Two of the winning artists were John Preston and Deb Baughman. John has a blog with lots of great information.
