I was driving and my artist friend Jessica, took the photo reference from the window of the car. That explains why the cattle were not staring at us. Just the right lighting. I still had to edit the photo and move the cattle around. I love painting snow in shadow where throwing in blues and purples adds to the color scheme.

I really like the color contrast you've created here between sky and snow. I see it's obvious where the sun is shining and isn't. Nice composition too!!!!
