Yesterday we went to Starr's Cave to paint. There were some wonderful sites along the creek bed that required us to haul our stuff. I took photos instead and chose this view close to the parking lot. Some children came by and complimented me on my "bear" on the top, only it was supposed to be a cow. I stayed a little longer and fixed that, then asked my husband what it was: "a cow". Now I am finished.

Turned out great! A friend of mine has a younger sister who always thought cows were bears when she was a kid. Whenever they drove by a cow pasture she'd say, look at the bears! Perhaps these kids are related? ;-)ReplyDelete
Well done! I just love weather vanes and cupolas! You've done a great job with this little painting! Bravo!ReplyDelete
