Red Cherries in a Yellow Bowl

I painted this over a white ground rather than the colored ground I usually use. This seems to give it more color.
6x8 Oil on Raymar Panel.

    Yes, that white ground is lovely. The background is almost like a watercolour. Letting the white shine through really helps capture the light. Nice one!
