White Oak Lake

I missed posting this from a plein air outing last fall.

    1. I thought about that but I had already carried me french easel far enough. Good place to paint, maybe next time I will have the energy to walk farther. Thanks for commenting.

  3. What a wonderful bounce of warm colors - love this. You nailed the color the grasses go in the late fall. I have a hard time getting them right. I especially like the way you have the cool shadows and reflections on the water - they make the whole painting sing. Great lesson in warm and cools.
