The dam at Oakland Mills was really flowing this fall. I did a rock painting plein air but the rushing water was beyond my skills, so I took photos. Some of this is creative license. I decided to zoom in on a section where the water hits the concrete, which is easier. My other painting friends were there just before the river flooded, and the next day you could not get into the area to paint.
